Evaluation Rules
|
·The winner shall be the participant who can identify the maximum number and the smallest size of flat-bottom hole images on the radiograph.
· If the minimum identifiable size of flat-bottom holes is the same but the quantity differs, the participant with more identifiable holes wins.
· If both the identifiable size and quantity of flat-bottom holes are identical, the participant with the clearest image of the smallest flat-bottom hole shall be the winner.

Technical Difficulty Description
|
Challengers shall independently design the compensator and select testing parameters to conduct radiographic exposure on three types of high-fidelity sensitivity calibration test blocks for tube-to-tube sheet fillet welds.
All artificial defects on the test blocks shall be detected, including flat-bottom holes of Φ0.3 mm (hole diameter 0.3 mm, hole depth 0.3 mm).

Defect Distribution of Test Blocks
|
· Test Block 1 (6-hole): 3 pcs of Φ0.3 mm flat-bottom holes and 3 pcs of Φ0.5 mm flat-bottom holes
· Test Block 2 (6-hole): 3 pcs of Φ0.3 mm flat-bottom holes and 3 pcs of Φ0.5 mm flat-bottom holes
· Test Block 3 (12-hole): 4 pcs each of Φ0.3 mm, Φ0.5 mm and Φ0.7 mm flat-bottom holes
